Ro, a retired U.S. Air Force (USAF) Colonel, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (BA), a Master of Arts in Economics (MA), and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling (MPC) with an emphasis in marital counseling. Tiana, a retired Executive Leader in federal government contracting, is an author, real estate investor, business owner, and nonprofit director. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business (BA), a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology (MBA–IT), and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. Together, Ro and Tiana are certified Prepare/Enrich® and SYMBIS facilitators.
